If you wish to permanently close your PieSetu CRM account, you may submit a request through our support team. Once verified, we will begin the account closure process.

6. Deletion Timeline

After successful verification:

• Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

If your organization has multiple users, deleting an individual user account does not automatically remove shared CRM records owned by the organization.

If your account is connected to third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, email providers, AI services, or cloud storage providers, you may also need to manage or delete your information directly with those providers.
