3. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, store, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal or unlawful.
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory material.
• Promotes violence or criminal activity.
• Contains sexually explicit or obscene material.
• Violates intellectual property rights.
• Contains malicious software.
• Violates privacy or confidentiality.
• Is defamatory or misleading.

4. Email & Messaging Usage

If you use PieSetu CRM for email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels, you agree to:

• Obtain all legally required recipient consent.
• Comply with anti-spam laws.
• Provide opt-out mechanisms where required.
• Avoid sending deceptive or misleading messages.

7. Security Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts by:

8. Fair Usage

To maintain reliable service for all customers, users must not:
